Personal Lines Insurance Support Specialist
The Support Specialist provides technical and administrative support to the Personal Lines department, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient assistance. You will handle multifaceted clerical and administrative tasks for Account Managers and continually help to coordinate a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment. This role requires an unwavering commitment to customer service.

What You Will Do:
- Attach and label mail received into our agency management system
- Execute simple service requests including Billing Research & Payments, Proofs of Insurance, and Endorsement Requests utilizing online carrier portals
- Follow up with clients for information requested
- Set up renewal files for Account Managers
- Research files to assist Account Managers with Client/Carrier requests
