About the Role:
The Personal Lines Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and support the retention and growth of the Personal Lines client base. This role involves supervising and developing staff, coordinating workloads, and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

- $37-$50 per hour depending on experience

What You Will Do:
- Ensure timely, accurate interactions with clients, prospects, staff, and carriers to minimize errors
- Mentor, develop, and train team to enhance their professional development
- Resolve high-level customer issues and act as a liaison between sales and service teams
- Participate in meetings with insurance carrier representatives to stay informed and build relationships
- Manage staff performance through coaching, documentation, and collaboration with HR
- Manage data using office software (Applied EPIC), including spreadsheets and database
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current CA insurance licenses required for Personal Lines
- 5 years’ experience in Personal Lines preferably with a multi-line insurance agency or brokerage operation
- Thorough understanding of the independent agency system
