Insurance Support Specialist
The candidate best suited for this role will carry a professional demeanor, practice excellent communication skills, and possess a positive work ethic in line with our company culture. The Support Specialist is responsible for duties including: retrieving, analyzing, and processing documents and data for the Commercial and Personal Lines departments. This position requires working daily with insurance carriers, vendors and internal staff.

- $19-$25/hr Depending on Experience

What You will Do:
Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear.
- Performs processing duties including:
- Cross-trained on all outsourced tasks
- Manages and routes incoming mail and email from clients and carriers
- Maintains client files with excellent documentation and organization of data
- Assists CL Operations, Marketing, Risk Management, Service and Personal Lines teams on various tasks and special projects
- Executes basic client servicing requests
- Robotic Process Automation
- Assists with running BOTs and resolving or escalating exceptions within expected turnaround times
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new software applications
