How You will be Compensated:
- $29-$38/hour Depending on Experience

What you will Do:
- This role will work hybrid or fully remote, depending on employee's proximity to our office.
- Manage a book of small to middle market construction accounts; leading the entire renewal process.
- Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met. Educate clients on their coverages and risks.
- Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data.
- Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day to day tasks.

Qualifications
- Current Property and Casualty license
- 3+ years Commercial Lines experience
- Experience with CA property & casualty
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC)
- Understanding of Independent Agency system and Commercial Lines Operations
